Are your products made to order?
Most of our 3D printed products are made to order.
How long does it take to make my order?
Orders typically require 3-5 business days to produce. Once your order is ready, please allow up to 2 additional business days for it to be packaged and shipped.
Shipping transit time begins after your order has been dispatched and will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be changed/modified, or cancelled as long as work hasn't been started.
Can I request a custom colour or size?
For some products we offer customizable options. You can always inquire for specfic products by contacting us before placing an order!
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Each item is individually 3D printed, so small variations are normal. You may notice subtle layer lines, seams, or slight differences in colour and surface finish. These are natural characteristics of the 3D printing process and make each piece slightly unique.
Where do you ship?
At the moment we ship all across Canada.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We do our best to package our products with care but sometimes unpredictable things happen. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is dependent on the location the item is being shipped to and size of the order. We offer free shipping to orders over $150.
