Important Information About Our 3D Prints

3D Prints Are Unique

While we strive to provide the highest quality prints possible, 3D printing is a manufacturing process and minor imperfections may occasionally occur. Small layer lines, surface variations, or other subtle imperfections are normal and are not considered defects.

Colour Variations

We carefully select filament colours based on the designer’s intended colour recommendations. We strive to maintain consistent colours across our products and uphold a high standard of quality in every print.

Larger or Multi-Part Designs

Some designs are large or awkward to safely transport as a single piece. To help prevent damage during shipping, certain components may be packaged separately. These may include tails, ears, wings, or other delicate parts.

When assembly is required, the parts will be test-fitted before shipping. For most components, super glue is recommended for a secure connection.
